Copenhagen Cycle Hub

Cycle Hub began as a passion project developed with my team as part of an International UX exploration, exploring how user experience design can respond to the unique culture and everyday behaviors of different cities around the world. Throughout the project, I looked beyond interfaces to understand how local lifestyles shape people's needs and expectations.

For Copenhagen, where cycling is deeply embedded in daily life, bicycles became the starting point. Inspired by one of the world's most bike-friendly cities, the project centered on a connected service ecosystem built around a smart cycling hub. The concept combines a solar-powered vending station with companion mobile and tablet experiences, allowing cyclists to purchase essential parts, collect online orders, and recycle used bicycle components in one seamless journey.

More than a vending machine, Cycle Hub explores how thoughtful digital and physical experiences can support sustainable urban mobility while respecting the culture of the communities they serve. The project will also be featured in upcoming exhibitions as part of an exploration of future mobility and cross-cultural design.
